This is an accelerated figure of the information society.
It is seen as a daydream of hyper-hyper-information city, or on the other hand,
as a nightmare of a ruin of merely flickering homogenized images. A cityscape
appears in slow motion. Then the image becomes accelerated. The overflow of city
(Tokyo) images occurs one after another in finally excessive speed.
